The Service is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or stored in FamilyHealthBook.
For a complete statement of the boundaries of the Service, please review our Medical Disclaimer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyHealthBook and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may export your data at any time in a portable format. We do not lock you in — if you choose to leave, you can take your records with you.
